There are three ways to apply for enrollment.

Please click a link below to print out a Child Enrollment Application form, and then fill with the information and turn in with the required document or mail them to the Child & Family Services main office:

3. COME BY OUR OFFICE AND PICK UP AN APPLICATION
If you would like to enroll or would like to tour any of our centers,
call our office at (575) 397-7336, or stop by any time.
Our centers are open year-round,
Monday through Friday 7:30 A.M. to 5:45 P.M.
